I'm aware of that particular "_@dir" issue, and I fall back on the assertion
that the dualuse patch is just a _hack_ on UW IMAP 2001a and nothing more. If
it's just a nuisance and there's no data loss, it's good enough for me :).
If there is interest in a more robust dualuse patch, I'd suggest it's better to
first shift emphasis to a mailbox filename extension rather than the ".self"
and "_@dir" offerings in the current hack/patch. Then, fix bugs and
interaction issues on top of that.
