fp's are unavoidable.  you have to find a level of fp's that's manageable 
while not allowing in too much crap.  And that level depends on the kind of 
abuse you see, and ime, no 2 IMGates are exactly the same.

IMGate as a technical solution has to combined with policies and practices 
that your clients accept, including some level of fp's.
