A "credentials" campaign, and more that just for PTR, makes tons of sense.

And, while we are at it, let's throw in SPF/DSP for those people who find 
it "impossible" to get a PTR.  SPF/DSP is free and easy and immediate.

btw, reject_unknown_client will not work with just any PTR hostname.

The PTR hostname must have a A record whose RDATA IP matches the IP of the 
PTR record:

D.C.B.A..in-addr.arpa. PTR host.name.

must resolve to:

host.name A A.B.C.D
