I started using the main dnsbl.sorbs.net zone this morning to replace the 
easynet.nl zones that are going away.  That zone had some false positives 
from smarthosts for twtelecom and durocomm (two common ISPs in this area). 
After seeing that I started using their subzones and didn't use the 
spam.dnsbl.sorbs.net which was the one blocking the valid smarthosts above.

So far so good.  I'm using the following and haven't seen any false 
positives (although they have only been running for a couple hours and all 
blocks have been from dul):

dul.dnsbl.sorbs.net
http.dnsbl.sorbs.net
socks.dnsbl.sorbs.net
smtp.dnsbl.sorbs.net
web.dnsbl.sorbs.net

Note that dul now includes the easynet dynablock zone.  The full list of
