so there box is too slow to pick up the phone and receive mail, you can't 
fix that, unless you set postfix smtp timeouts longer.

here they answer, but say they say "RCPT TO: [EMAIL PROTECTED]" is not a 
service they support  :))

that only works for incoming, your problem is their MX is screwed up and/or 
slow.  your whitelisting can't force them to accept your mail.
