just to continue this as it's still a problem. I just talked with their =
mail admin and they do not allow port 25 access (he says) to this machine. =
not sure I understand that but I get the same thing when trying to telnet =
as the 1st example below.... not sure why I get that and len gets =
connected.... strange.

Anyway, is there a way to turn address verification off for a particular =
site to see if the mail goes through... that's what he says is the problem.=


also, len in your list below, what's broke about your telnet connection? =
you get further than I do.
