In fact, go ahead and edit a bus stop in San Francisco and post the node number there: that's just fine and a good way to learn. 2) The real way to get this off the ground is to find an app that blind people use, and have the conversation with the authors about using the data. No matter if it's chickens or eggs you're after, getting the data used is key to making it useful.
