Jičínská 1747/3, 130 00 Praha 3, Vinohrady And Praha 3 is not postal distict. Praha 3 is something like OSM’s suburb. It has nothing to do with post. It is related to self-governanace of the city. Žižkov and Vinohrady are in my terms boroughs. I am not able to find the definition of tehm. It seems tat they are just based as a list of parcels and houes so there will be no polygon based border possible. Praha 3 on the other hand could be a polygon.
