@Jo

I know that OSM can "recreate" the correct address even if it's only number+street but a complete address is number+street+postcode+city+country so this is why every number has in common two information the city (Rimini) and the country (IT).

@Martin Raifer
Don't worry the postcodes are present, i've forgot to add them to the mail and the wiki. Thanks for pointing me that!

About the names, i've used a method that isn't so much technical but it works: on a SHP file usually there is a .dbf complementary file that can be opened with Libreoffice as a Calc sheet. When it's opened, press OK and you can see a chart, where in the first row there are the names of all the features, and all the data are on the columns. You can select the column with all the street name (except the first cell) and use Format->Change Case->Capitalize Every Word, then, with the same selection you can use Edit->Find & Replace, and with "Match Case" selected, replace all the words with the one with lower case (ex. Via Della Pace, find "Della" and change with "della", so all the exact word with "Della" become lower case). Save then reopen the SHP on your GIS program or JOSM to check it out.

If there are no complain, i can upload it?

Leonardo
