Hi,
the italian Lecce municipality has released as CC BY 4.0 the shapefiles
of many building of the city.

To be short:
-Add all the needed tags (see https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Lecce)
-Check against the existing data with an overpass turbo query and
integration.
-Upload with correct attribution.
