So, how do we label the results of our results that gave us the significance of this tag sequence?

I am really curious and I would love to know how best we can work around it.

I don't know what you want to "work around". If your survey has determined the construction details of a water source and you want to record that and there's no suitable tag in existence, invent one - for example "water_source:type=deep_borehole" or something. (Not saying this particular tag is a great idea, just giving an example.)

This will allow you to record the information. It will not show on the OSM map like a name tag would, but that is in purpose; if you want to "work around" the rule in a way that somehow makes "deep_borehole" appear written on the map, then such a workaround would not be tolerated.

Bye
