it have a user to send anonymous user data. obviously it's even better
if the users have the possibility to use an osm account, this allows you
to communicate with them.
if this principle suits you, i think it's enough to check the data you
have and the correspondence with the right tags. ideally (or
obligatorily according to your terms of use) you should ask the users
for their agreement to the use of the licence, at least if the data
doesn't belong to you
