I haven't heard of a 'multi-smtp configuration' for outlook,
but I've found this ( not tested ) :
a utility to route outgoing mails to the right smtp server depending on your
ip

| Some mail sent from our site gets bounced because of this. The e-mail
client
| default SMTP server is the in-house one (because much mail is local, and
in
| NZ we get charged for volume of data tx/rx through the ISP via ADSL). But
if
| there is a problem, users send via the ISP's SMTP server which has a
static
| address. I think Outlook Express lets you configure more than one outgoing
| server, with one set as the default. I seem to recall setting up 2 clients
| on some old Macs, one for normal sending, and one for 'problem' external
| addresses.
