I have had some real interesting things happen lately, but I believe that
spammer-hackers are responsible !
I use Black-Ice Server firewall to front end block spammers, and while I was
laid up in the hospital over the past week, my firewall was invaded, and I
lost over 900 blocked address ranges, all authorized ports, trusts, and the
system reverted to blocking-reporting ALL EVENTS, which put my server in a
wide open state, except for invasive access attempts. Cannot figure out
what happened or how, but it was not a good situation. Now I am getting
over 2000 spam's a day (for about 20 active users), versus the 200 per day
before, and the Trash Finder is still catching 99.+% of everything. and
passing all authorized mail. Just my traffic has increased.
Anyone else using this program ?
