You could have him create his own account using Paul's addx plugin from a webpage. That way you would never see the password itself. You still of course can view mail in his directory. It would be best not to let him know this I suppose. You could also tell him something to the effect that. "With 200 email clients on my system and thousands of letters passing through every day. I do not have the time to browse peoples personal directories."
