Normal - maybe.  In Mike's versions, there was no default exception
handler.  So if something happened, it was just ignored.  Now I've added
one, we can see what is happening.  My plan is to investigate the errors
and decide on how to handle them.  

I'll do some reading up on 10053 and see what would cause it.  If it's a
client side thing, then I'll probably skip writing it to the log.  If
it's the server doing something it shouldn't, I'll try and track it down
and fix it.

The message that it failed the dns blacklist could mean that it's a side
effect of the dns lookup.
