I still do, but only on the server inside of our network (mainly to talk to
DoList and to provide Pop3 mailboxes). I use TrashFinder Gateway on the DMZ
machine to do all communication with the outside world, IMS is set up to
gateway all mail to the DMZ. So I don't have any insight into your problem.

Subject: Does anyone out there still use the IMS server ?
Does anyone out there still use the EMWAC-IMS server programs ?
It's been 17 years.. Maybe its time to finally call it ?
I ran into a problem thinking it was Comcast, but now I think it might be
EMWAC-IMS, I can't remove the gateway.
I ran "telnet mx1.hotmail.com 25" and can see and communicate with
out-of-network servers, but if I take out the gateway in the control panel,
and restart services, newly created mail just sits there.
I plug the gateway back in, and it sends through their server, but if I try
to go direct, nothing.
I started getting a lot of "550 Relay Denied" errors recently as gateway'ing
through their servers doesn't match the domain headers.
Any help would be most appreciated.
