Still use it for filtering. Works great with my own filters and scsmfilter. IncomingQmail delivers to Ims, ims delivers to xmail our main emailserver. Outgoing mta is qmail forwarding it to our providor. So no problems here. But i dont use ims as an outgoing mailserver anymore.
