Hmm that's interesting. Before that, can you try accessing your iPhone  
with another Wifi network, like a hotel or an office WIFI network?

If you are unsuccessful the it appears the update to the iPhone may  
not be done right.

Doing a restore on your iPhone from iTunes and see if the problem goes  
away. I'm hoping that you aren't doing a QwkPwn on your phone since it  
is a 3G phone.
