If this Mac is in APP then calling the helpline will get a proper  
response.
However as suggested please check your Airport settings. Also please  
reconfirm your password for accessing the wifi.
One of my seniors once mentioned - If u have a problem do not SOLVE  
it..first try and understand the "why". I take his advise seriously  
and hence will suggest to recreate your location/profile.

Try the "Crossover". This opens supported .exe files directly.
