Hey We use gmail as a mail server so the mails are already being sent to gmail which come there instantly.
This is a pop 3 account Its not a domain issue as the mails are downloaded by gmail server and they come almost immediatly. My smtp address in my mail app is the gmail smtp address i had this problem earlier also about 6 months back . I dont remember how is solved it.
