Whether it turns out to be "really, really small" or any other size is almost immaterial at the moment. Delivering a preview release in the short timeframe that's been targeted here requires a relentless focus on specific tasks that are primary to that deliverable, and deferring the things that aren't. I think we'll do well to prove we can deliver one distro that works well first and iterate from there.
