Hi Steven,

Thanks for paying attention to a casual comment that I inadvertently made.  We 
don't have any machine that's running OOo 2.4 at the present time.  However, if 
and when it is upgraded to 2.4.1, I will be more than happy to go through our 
routines.

I don't remember the problems being substantive.  The problems were primarily 
(or solely) related to localization issues.  They may not be IPS-related 
problems, and I apologize for using such a broad brush in such a casual manner.
