Guys I had a long conversation with Kyle today as well. I think there is a lot that Agile could offer us. I told him directly that I had no gripe with him or his company and given the opportunity that he got, I would have taken it as well.
The issue that I have is how the state of Indiana started this as an RFI for management of INDOT and State towers and it grew into control of those towers, Fiber conduits, and management of state right of ways that Agile is the whole seller for but is not limited to wholesale only. They have the opportunity to utilize that infrastructure and compete with us not just be a managing company for the facilities. Again I have no issue with Agile or Kyle Quillan just what the government has done to us again. If this gets finalized through the state house I will likely work with Agile for some space.
