Thank you Surjit ji, Gurcharan Singh ji and all eflora friends native names to latin names is a rising issue and its awareness is on increase among non-botanical ppl like me. The knowledge of co-relation of flora and fauna and its importance is the need of this hour. As the success and sustainability of conservation depends on root level, the knowledge should be made available in regional languages. The first step I think begins with native names..... I am hopeful of this eflora group that the botany pundits will definitely provide us with the info in native tongue as and when required..... Thnx to all.
