Dear Dr Singh & Garg ji

Thanks for your concern in this hour of crisis.
I am safe now.
Prof Munshi fortunately had already left fot Haj Pilgrimage before floods.

Hope relatives of Dr Singh are rescued by now. in fact i've seen
myself still 3-5 feet water in Bal Garden area today.

Although water is now receeding slowly in Srinagar city but many vital
roads and localities still submerged.

Mobiles & internet restored partially after 10 days.

Anzar
