 Conditions are improving because of clear weather and rescue ad relief
 operations started by army .still there are some areas which are
inaccessible bcz of high water level. mobile phone network of totally
collapse in the valley. My brother is also stranded there and we are unable
to contact him.Hope that mobile network again started in nxt 2 -3 days.sir,
