Definitely Urticaceae This can be Urtica angustifolia which differs from Urtica dioica in having sparser stinging hairs and comparitively shorter petioles. Moreover it is much similar to U.dioica and also considered as eastern geographical variant of U. dioica which also matches the location of plant (Arunanchal Pradesh).
