There are many subspecies of* Urtica dioica *and there is varying opinion on Urtica angustifolia (*Urtica dioica* subsp. *angustifolia *being a synonym). With the given quality of pictures, I think one cannot go more precise than this. In this light, Saroj's guess also makes sense - the plant being a variant of Urtica dioica.
