Respected Usha mam In botany when we do collections and make voucher specimens, then at times we also submit photographs as vouchers and paste it on the herbarium sheet and then submit it to a recognized herbarium. So if some voucher is to be submitted or deposited then it has to be 'COLLECTED' too..... So we do use this term in botany at times....not a bgi deal... so every one please cheer up...
