When I was working as Research Associate in Indira Gandhi Agriculture University, Raipur I experimented with Reiki Healing. 35 types of crop seeds were given to the Reiki Healers to enrich it with the energy for 10 different duration. Untreated seeds were used as control in 35 different experiments with so many other treatments like seeds soaked with weed extracts etc. The design was CRD. I observed the germination and initial seedling vigor. The promising treatments were tried in crop field initially and later on farmer's fields.
As young researcher, without any delay I sent the paper to publishers in US and Germany. They asked for reference for early work. It was first report. The reviewers were never worked even imagine of this type of work. They surrendered. I took the paper back and kept for future. Later I tried it on medicinal herbs. I noted that Reiki alone fails to work but when you integrate it with other treatment it gives miraculous effects. Last month an eminent scientist from Germany having Indian wife approached to me for publication of this paper in journal with high impact factor but shamelessly he wants to put his name in the paper.
