Yes it can't be C. simplicifolia in which stamens are 10-12 in number. Yes the number of stamens do suggest C. chelidoni, but leaves are still a problem. I can't see a single palmate leaf in all plants seen, and description in FBI does not mention about simple leaves in C. chelidoni.
