kamu bisa memakai utility data pump (hanya terdapat di Oracle 10g), expdp (utk export database) dan impdp (utk import database) untuk Oracle dibawah 10g, anda bisa memakai utility export (exp) dan import (imp).
tapi kalau tujuannya utk backup database, saya sarankan memakai RMAN (Recovery Manager), karena backup dan restore dimanage oleh Oracle.
