Kalo replikasi (mirroring) di Oracle bisa secara realtime-online tidak? kalau
bisa, berapa bandwith minimum yang dibutuhkan?
Bisa dibuat Real-time , tapi sangat tidak disarankan (walau oracle tidak pernah
bilang begitu) tapi beberapa kali implementasi lebih banyak effort dari pada
benefitnya.
kalau bandwidth tergantung dari besarnya data yang di replikasi dan juga jarak
antar site, dari pengalaman sih yang melakukan replikasi tidak pernah kurang
dari 512K akan lebih baik bisa 1M / 2M (biasa ini yang punya DRC)
mungkinkah dua server yang direplikasi bisa sejajar (tidak master-slave), jadi
data di masing2 server bisa diakses langsung dan dimanipulasi tanpa terjadi
kekacauan?
kalau mau seperti ini lebih baik 2 mesin itu di cluster dengan RAC(jadi
Active-Active) baru di DRC dibuat mesin untuk Standby Database nya bisa cluster
juga / single instance.
Kalau semua diatas mungkin, dimana bisa saya dapatkan dokumentasinya?
