Sptnya disengage berarti non aktif kan? Kalo menurut perkiraan saya sih ext inertia dampener itu menjaga posisi kapal terhadap orbit. Semacam jangkar kapal kali ya.... Jadi kapal gak bisa melakukan pergerakan besar selama di orbit, masalahnya kan banyak kapal yang juga disana, kalo gak dijaga nanti kan bisa tabrakan.....
