Our internal cell has mixed afs33/afs34beta servers and clients (rs_aix32
and rs_aix41). We are migrating to afs34beta on rs_aix41. So far, we have
had no problems (3 servers at afs33/rs_aix32, 2 at afs34b/rs_aix41).
However, I understand that Transarc does not recommend mixing afs33 and
afs34beta servers.
BTW, if you have rs_aix32 or rs_aix41, you may find "afs_install" [1] useful
for re-installing your servers and clients: it has saved me alot of time.
