Let me just echo Paul. I've been running AFS for almost 6 years now;
Transarc's support system has continued to evolve throughout that time, and
I'm now quite pleased with it (though if there's ever been a "bugs
database" that customers could search, I've not seen it <hint, hint>). The
support folks are knowledgeable and *patient*, especially in times of
crisis.
I've no doubt that there are ways that support could be even better; I
encourage folks who aren't happy to chat with the Transarc reps at the
conference, and share constructive suggestions.
