In [1], Joop Verdoes of Shell in the Netherlands suggested a BOF on
Transarc's AFS support at Decorum.
"And in info-afs I think to hear an not too happy undertone"
Much as I would like to attend Decorum, I probably won't make it there
but I would like to express my view of Transarc's AFS support which is that
they have been excellent in the nearly three years we have been using AFS.
When we _really_ needed their help, they were there and ready to go
"the extra mile" to make sure our problems were resolved.
My only gripe is that they are in the "wrong" timezone! I have to wait
until about 1400 UK time before I can telephone them. Perhaps this is an
advantage since I try to resolve problems myself before picking up the 'phone.
