The online TRACS database is a very useful resource, but
unfortunately, it only includes the closed TRACS reports, not the open
ones.
I've certainly never been able to find any of my open TRACS IDs
online.
The defect database (which I assume is seperate since support gives us
seperate magic numbers) would also be anice thing to have access to.
