Hi all,
thanks for answer.
Do you uderstand it right, that message from tape coordinator
" Can't append: Last tape in dump-set is zcu.week1.1 (839954635), label seen
zcu.week1.2 (839954635)"
(in my last mail) is normal? When last appended dump was dumped to tape
zcu.week1.2?
Do use someone AFS Backup in this way (with tape name checking on and
dump-sets on multiple tapes)?
I start new experiment:
My CFG_nrmt0h:
FILE NO
ASK YES
NAME_CHECK NO
Tape coordinator dialog: (in "-----------------" are comments)
# /usr/afsws/etc/butc 0 -localauth
Will not dump to a file
Operator queries are enabled
Dump tape name check is disabled

NOW, the interesting: Finished appended dump over first and second

And now:
1) Why is last tape in this dump set zcu.week1.1, when last used tape is
zcu.week1.2? (this is the same like in my last mail)
2) Why label checked, when I used "NAME_CHECK NO" in CFG file?
------------------------------------------
Please give me your advices or experiences.
(When you need some other info, please ask me.)
Thank you very much in advance.
