You may call them web pages, information, or your check book.  You may also
call them vedio/audio clips, applets, or whatever.  But no matter what name
they take, they exist as files.  You may not want to know their existence, but
they will always be there.  Being able to access files through a filesystem
interface is like being able to eat without having a tube inserted into
one's stomach.
