CVS pserver w/ AFS or AFS-KRB5 support

Has anyone patched a recent version of the CVS pserver to support afs or 
krb5?

Yes, I know, plaintext authentication is bad, but the only other choice 
is rsh. That's not a solution if you don't allow rsh through your 
firewall, or if you're connecting from a PC.
