Thanks; this is what I've heard from the help line, too.

The problem, of course, is that I need this *today* (really,
yesterday).  It's hard for me to believe that the larger (or
older) sites haven't run into this _long_ ago.  I've got about
50GB of data that wants to go into large volumes (not all 50GB in
_one_ volume, fortunately) - I can't be the only one with users
who have no idea that disk space is finite.

It does sound like no one's actually seen any horrible problems
with large volumes.  Perhaps we're going to have to be the test
case.
