AFS "cheat sheet"?

What do other sites to educate their interested AFS users in the
"basics" (ACLs, pts groups, quotas, etc)?  The
man pages as shipped are pretty terrible, and even if we were
allowed to duplicate the User's Guide (which we're not), there's
no way I could get enough copies for everyone who wanted to
know...  I vaguely remember a small "AFS commands" card that was
passed around several years ago - does something like that exist?
