Does anybody have any ideas on how AFS could function in a classified
environment? I have confidence that within a cell, access to
classified and unclassified data can be well protected using proper
ACLs. While authentication information is encrypted between client
and server, the actual data is not. Might some sort of encryption box
on each end work?
I would also imagine that private leased lines would be necessary to
communicate to other "secure" cells...?
Any thoughts?
