The patch numbers for HP are the following:

        HP-UX 8.07      PHCO_1423
        HP-UX 9.01      PHCO_2011


I guess the first patch fell through the cracks.

PS:  Is there someone who watches for stuff like this?  I think HP would like
     to know if they keep solving the same problem over and over again because
     patches are not put in the standard release.
