Something strange is definitely going on with using cvs and
AFS. When cvs is doing operations on the repository (which is in AFS),
it creates "locks". These are implemented as directory named "#cvs.lock"
in the repository directory that you're affecting. Anyway, cvs deletes
these locks when it finishes. However, when the repository is in AFS
cvs does not always delete the locks. Then the next time you go to use
cvs, you're told that it is locked and you have to go fix it, which is
a pain. Any ideas or comments on what could be going on here?
