We have a developer who wishes to build a Kerberos-authenticated service
(an image server) in our AFS environment. What are the options for
authenticating connections to the server daemon? Can this be done with
library routines supplied normally as a part of AFS? If so, does this
require use of RX for the connection, or can UDP/TCP be used instead?
Where are these documented?
Is using the standard MIT Kerberos libraries together with the ".krb"
versions of login and klog a good option?
