Uhh, I dont believe this.  If I add myself to an acl on a directory, I
don't need to aklog again to be recognized.  Only if my group entries
change do I need to aklog again.

I suspect something similar for IP acls is true, but I haven't looked
at the code to figure out what it is doing.
