I would not be surpised if it were the same people who think that to tag the
text files as binary in not a good solution, and to change the tool is not
an available option... I might even be the same people who work in the
strange environment (wintel-weenies). It could be even the same people who
think that CVS is supposed to be useful, not just a monument of concurency.
They even say that by making the locking properly they would promote the
concurency while every little kid knows that it is good enougth to just
ignore the locking and avoid to talk about it. Moreover, they also think to
interface and integrate CVS with other tools, and even push the buttons
instead of enjoing typing long commands manunally. Well, they should be
sorry for themselfes, because...there is no such API here...
